HeartSave AED trainer for the "Pflasterfüchse" at Erftstadt

Children are curious, imaginative and full of the desire to discover, but they are also inexperienced and fearless. In the first years of life, children develop in many different areas, they constantly develop new needs and interests. They like to put these new abilities to the test, and unfortunately this does not always happen without harm. Safety-oriented behavior only develops over time, and for this reason accidental injuries are one of the greatest health hazards for children.
The two women Dr. Katharina Wiemann and Beate Niehörster have made this topic their heart's project and founded the "Plasterfüchse" in 2020.
The aim of the "Plasterfüchse" is to promote children's natural willingness to help and to impart techniques and knowledge in a playful way, so that even the youngest children can avoid accidents and become first aiders in an emergency. In the process, they get to know their bodies and abilities better, but also their limits. The children become more aware of dangers and are more likely to act and help in an emergency.
At the end of last year, the "Plasterfüchse" introduced themselves to us and we donated a HeartSave AED trainer including accessories to this great project.
We are very proud to be a part of this concept. We wish the "Plasterfüchse" continued success and joy in their work.
